What’s Not Covered

Every customer gets three documents: the written price quote, approved before work begins; the photo record, emailed or printed at job completion, showing the installed hardware and work area; and the invoice, matching the quoted price exactly. For commercial rekey projects or access control installations, we also provide a written scope detailing hardware locations, keying schedule, and programming parameters. These documents are your proof of what was promised and what was delivered. Keep them. If you ever need to invoke the guarantee, they make the process immediate and non-disputable.
